The Town of Little Compton, Rhode Island is seeking proposals from qualified Construction Management firms to develop the detailed scope, bidding, oversight, general management and supervision of several construction town projects.
Bids documents may be obtained at the Office of the Town Clerk, 40 Commons, Little Compton, RI 02837, www.littlecomptonri.org or via https://www.bidnetdirect.com/rhode-island/littlecomptonri by registering or logging as a vendor.
Five (5) copies of the sealed bid proposals addressed to Carol A. Wordell, CMC, Town Clerk, Town Hall, P.O. Box 226, 40 Commons, RI 02837 and labeled “Construction Management Proposal” will be received until 4:00 PM on February 10, 2022.
